I covered the work of Gram Marg, a rural broadband initiative in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay, India. Gram Marg has aimed to bring broadband connectivity through TV white space to 25 villages in Maharashtra since 2012. Studies were also conducted on how connectivity is being used and utilized by the locals. The locals were also trained on how to set up and use the devices. As part of a grant, I documented Gram Marg's work and its impact on the people of Palghar for six months.
